I spent more than Two decades in large corporates managing large operational departments that onboarded new customers for well known brands like BT, Sky, Iris Software, Sage Software and Barclaycard payment acceptance, to name a few. I also co-owned a successful care provider that employed 180 people and I was the care quality commission registered manager for that company too, so I have lived on both sides of the fence.
